Can you please tell me your country so i can do some more checking? And on which movie you had this problem? Sorry for trouble, it should be easy but sometimes things dont work. We didnt get any leads from your survey so this is not working both ways. Hope they will fix it fast, i am just reading on cpalead chat that more people have this same problem.
